Liberated Text's editors derisively reject the idea that the American Government
possesses a legitimate power to create the unequal juridical class: "illegal combatant",
and use that class as a method for unconstitutionally stripping away a human's due process rights without first securing convictions against them in a legitimate tribunal process.
It grayscales core American ideology, tramples Western Civilisation's foundational jurisprudence,
and is an unconstitutional tyranny. What is so difficult to understand in the phrases:
"No person shall be held",
and
"In All Criminal Prosecutions"?
It is transparently clear that these humans are either POWs;
which American honor, as well as the US Constitution, Article. VI. Clause 2,
dictates that they be held under the terms of the Geneva Conventions,
or they are criminal actors; subject to the US government's prosecutorial power.
According to the US Constitution, Amendment 5, Amendment 6 and Amendment 13; Section 1,
ALL criminal actors must be convicted in a legitimate tribunal which follows due-process of law,
before they can rightfully be imprisoned.
Is there a problem here? Take these humans into an open courtroom, secure fair and righteous convictions against them for acts of inhumanity, and then hang 'em high!
When did American conservatism start being controlled by snivelling NeoConniving Beltway Cowards, who have legislated liberty away from the citizenry, which they had no lawful power to control, because of an attack by twenty determined and lucky guys, which to our country's great misfortune, happened during an administration, so arrogant, ignorant and derelict, they didn't see it coming.
When did American conservatism subscribe to moral relativism, and start using apologetic rationalisations for presidential decrees, which have led to acts of cruelty & perfidy totally unworthy of a civilized nation?
When did American conservatism start to believe that the heinous acts of our enemy was a proper referent of comparison when contemplating heinous acts which occurred under the color of authority imparted by the American flag?
When did American conservatives become Heretics to the Dreamtime America, which is permeated with the revolutionary ideals of natural liberty?
We, who are walkabout within the Dreamtime, Will to Admonish our Countrymen, that there is a Perpetual Beacon Illuminating the Following Truths Brightly:
All humans are created equal;
They are endowed by that which they perceive
as the force of creation with unassailable rights;
That among these many rights, a few chosen for delineation here are:
Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness;
That inherent within this concept of
A natural and universal right of All Humans to possess their own liberty,
there are axiomatic rights, which also are inalienable;
That two of these many rights include due process of law and habeas corpus.
When did American conservatives begin using Orwellian revisionary semantics? It is immoral for an instigator of war to change the causes which compelled its necessity after the war has been engaged upon.
When did American conservatism begin professing their faith that Franklin Delano Roosevelt's presidency was immutable American bedrock, and a propitious place to anchor preponderant rationalising iterations of legitimising precedence in defense of the current president's claim to an unbridled authority, which can legitimately exist without the restraints of the very document that is the only source of his claim to lawful force?
If Contemporary Conservatives remained chaste, pure and true
to the US Constitution throughout the Clinton presidency,
vigorously defending its virtues in the face of Reno's wanton advances upon it,
why did they suddenly turn into Splay-Legged Slatterns,
when General JohnBoy Ashcroft came a rap tap tapping on freedom's back door?
